Roland’s V-Moda reveals its first true wireless earbuds
The V-Moda Roland brand moves to the actual wireless Earbud market. Initial Hexamove lineup includes two models: Lite and Pro. V-moda says you will get up to six hours used on one charge. The filling case included will increase the playback time with a total of 18 hours. Hexagonal Earbuds have 6mm drivers that provide V-modes what is described as “strong bass, MID and highest pure,” although there is no active noise cancellation.
Hexamove Lite buds are available in three colors: red, white and black. There are three installation options too. As for Hexamove Pro, there are six custom fitting options (even though it is only available in black or white). V-moda says you will be able to mix and match the fins, ear hooks and three in-ear equipment to find the right combo for your ears. You can also install the Earbud to the neck strap and stabilizer to prevent you from losing it. In addition, you can customize audio on the Earbud Pro using the Equalizer tool in the V-moda application.
The brand said the two models were ranked IPX5 for sweat, water and dustproof. Earbud Hexamove is now available from the V-moda website and Amazon. Hexamove Lite costs $ 130 and a pair of Hexamove Pro Earbuds will run you $ 170.
