Downton Abbey 2’s new trailer reveals first plot details

Downton Abbey: A new new era trailer has arrived and we finally have more detail plots for the sequel.

It seems that the sequel will find the real downton being taken over by the actors and crew members, including Like Hugh Dancy and Laura Haddock, recording a new film at home that causes the expected sadness.

So to escape from the film, Crawleys to France and the mysteriously went to Lady Violet by a man he spent with “a few days” with many years ago. Well, he is quite impressive, so we don’t blame him.

Universal teasing the release of the new trailer yesterday (February) by releasing a sparkling new poster featuring Mammoth film players.

The new era saw many familiar faces that returned for the second Downton Abbey film – and they would join some new and interesting additions too.

Together with Sister Crawley, Lady Mary Talbot (Michelle Dockery) and Edith Pelham, now Marchhoness of Hexham (Laura Carmichael), this series also marks the return of the character of the Lady Violet Fan, played by Maggie Smith.

Hugh Dancy, Laura Haddock, Nathalie Baye and Dominic West will all make their downton debut in the sequel, playing new characters.

Following from the ITV hit series, the first film was released in 2019 and focused on what happened when King George V and Queen Mary paid a royal visit to Downton’s monastery.

While the details of the main plots of the second film were still stored under a wrap, one of the steel films in November last year that part of the action would be arranged in the south of France, where Lady Violet inherited a villa.

Downton Abbey: A New Era will be released in UK cinemas on April 29 and in US cinemas on May 20.
