Chrome finally gets an Adobe Acrobat PDF editor

PDF is not a headache that used to be, but they can still be troublesome, especially if all you need to do is make a quick edit. Not everyone wants to download special desktop software to sign documents occasionally and their web application can present their own JANK. In a movement that feels a glance, Adobe releases the Acrobat Chrome and Edge extension that allows you to access PDF tools directly through your browser.

If you mostly need something that allows you to sign the document, the good news is that you don’t need a subscribe to the Acrobat Pro DC to access the function in the extension. Free access also allows you to add comments to PDFs, besides allowing you to download and print it. That’s when you achieve things like trying to change PDF into the Microsoft Word document that you need to raise horses.

To be clear, the extension is separate from the web acrobat, which has just updated Adobe to be brought to remove the feature parity with the desktop client. If your work often edits PDF, you might continue to use the Adobe special application. For others, the extension must be fine in an emergency.
